Save the Date for Christmas Operetta
Can you believe we are already practicing for the Christmas Operetta!
Below is some quick information about the operetta.
When: Dec. 18th, 2024 @ 7:00 (Students need to be here by 6:45)
Where: Sanford Schools Aux. Gym
What you need to know:
Kinder: Will be candy cane kids - They just need to wear dress clothes. We have candy canes.
1st grade: Will be cool kids – They need to wear green shirts and black pants, a baseball cap and sunglasses.
2nd grade: Will be reindeer. They need to wear brown shirts and brown or black pants. We have reindeer antlers.
3rd grade: Will be Christmas PJ kids – They need to wear Christmas pajamas.
4th grade: Will be snow day kids – They need to wear a white shirt, black pants, a scarf and a winter hat.
5th grade: Will be snowboarding kids – They need a red shirt black pants, a scarf, winter hat. If you have snow goggles, they can bring those and wear them on their head, but it is not required.
More Information to come as we get closer to the date.

On second thought…. Sanford schools will have an early release on Monday, November 11th. We will be releasing at 12:30 so that we can support our football and volleyball teams . Go Big Green!
Good morning Sanford Community,
Due to the storm, we are moving the football game to 1 P.M. this Monday. We will still clean off the field tomorrow at 8 A.M. Please join us if you can!
Thanks for being flexible.
We have learned by watching a neighboring school that cleaning off the field is going to be a BIG job. If you have a 4 wheeler or side by side with a blade, please bring it Saturday morning. There will be a place for us to use shovels but we need ATV's. Centauri had about 10 and it took a couple of hours. So please bring yours if you can. There is lots to do so please join us Sat morning at 8 at the football field!
We are also excited for our football team's upcoming game Saturday. In order to prepare for the game, we need to clear all the snow off of the football field. We are asking the community, if you are willing, to pitch in and help out. We will start Saturday morning at 8 AM. Please bring shovels and brooms as we will need to clean the field and the bleachers. We don't want to use heavy tractors at this time so we don't leave tracks.
