CAN I GO TO SCHOOL TODAY? COVID-19 GUIDANCE

Parents,

As we prepare to start back to school and in-person learning on Monday, August 24, we are asking that you partner with us in keeping our schools safe.  The only way to keep our doors open is to keep COVID-19 out of our building.  You play a vital part in this.  By screening your child/children each morning before sending them to school, we may prevent a COVID-19 outbreak in our school.  We are doing many things inside the school building to keep everyone safe, but a student who has been exposed to COVID-19 or who has symptoms and is sent to school will defeat all of the precautions put in place.  PLEASE take the time to screen your child/children each morning.  We are also asking that all parents who can possibly transport their own children to school to do so.  Our bus routes will still run, but to assist with smaller numbers and decreased cohorts, please transport on your own if at all possible.  You may find additional resources on our website under Documents, COVID-19 Resources.  Here is a link with information that will assist you in the daily screening of your child/children:  Can I go to school Today?  Thank you in advance for partnering with us.  We are excited to have students back on campus and we look forward to a great school year.

Thank you,

Kevin C. Edgar
