Sanford Spanish Students enjoy Hispanic Culture

Sanford Spanish students were able to immerse themselves in the culture on a recent field trip.

Ten Students were able to go to Sante Fe with Michael Rodriguez. They were able to visit the Loretto Chapel, which is famous for its spiral staircase. Bethany Miller was in awe of the staircase which was built without nails or center support, she said: “How could one person build this?!”

Mr. Rodriguez has been taking the Spanish students on field trips for many years and many students remember this trip for years even after graduating. Riley Canty said “The Spanish class always makes everything fun. I hope to go on another Spanish field trip soon.”
