Student Council presents: Constitution Day! On September 17th, the nation honors Constitution Day and the signing and adopting of our constitution. We will celebrate it here at Sanford Schools on Thursday, September 15th. It will be a Red, White, and Blue dress-up day with competition ensuing. The elementary class with the most students dressed up will win an ice cream party courtesy of Student Council. Teachers will be given materials to teach about the Constitution with, and after each teacher teaches, he/she will have stickers and pencils for the students. We encourage everyone to participate in the dress-up day and enjoy the activity while appreciating and understanding our nation’s foundation. God Bless America!
