Welcome to Sanford

The Sanford School District is committed to the strongest academic background possible for every student. We are dedicated to giving each student exposure in areas necessary to survive the 21st Century. As administration, faculty and parents, we TOGETHER will make an impactNHS_Induction on their future. Our caring attitude toward each individual student provides for greater success stories. We believe our preschool gives our students the extra jump start needed to help them do well in elementary school. We have currently implemented the AIMSweb and NWEA Assessments to assist our teachers in identifying the specific needs of our students so that intervention may take place to ensure that individual needs are met. Our district is consolidated to include the neighboring towns of Los Sauces and Excelsior. We welcome out of district students who place high emphasis on academic achievement.
